Today, I re-edited the bar PRC bar graph infographics.Instead of separated bar graph of each colleges, I made it as a whole. I also changed the fontsize since it is not the default font size and adjusted the sizes of the bars since it has different sizes. Then I saved it as in .tiff image file.

This morning Sir Earl told me to reedit the infographics that I passed to him. He instructed me to change some design of the template. Throughout the day, I was busy editing the templates.

We've been experiencing brown-out during the day so we didn't do tasks continuosly. I finalized everything that I've done for the week and then we went to Ma'am Renelyn if the HR office was able to submit the needed information for the  professor data.

           Today, we went to see Ma'am Renelyn to request for a letter which contains the information needed in scholarship and professor data. She told us that she will contact the office and tell them the needed information. Afterwards, we went to OSAS(Office of Student  Affairs and Services) to get scholarship data. Ma'am Evelyn kindly gave us the needed information and told us to visit OSAS if we still lack  information. Afterwards,we headed back to the office and showed to Ma'am Renelyn the information that we gathered. Then, we started designing the infographics for the Scholarship data.

       This Tuesday I continued designing the bar graph and converted all to .PNG file. Then we also followed up the reiteration of data collection for BU website through telephone call.Some campus information told us that they will just e-mail it and others didn't answered the call.

           Today I converted the remaining graphs to PNG file. After doing so, Sir Earl gave us additional graphs to do such as the BU graduates from 2014 to 2017, enrolment 2017 and percentage of professors. He gave us the list and told us to gather the needed data from the appropriate offices.

            For the fourth day of the week, I finalized everything that I’ve designed. While I was working on my work,

          I made sure that every design that I made has a PSD file and image (JPEG) file. Afterwards, I gave it to Sir Earl but he said that we should convert the JPEG image file to PNG image file. I also prepared the requirements for claiming my wage for the month of July.

            This morning, I made a template design for the graph regarding the PRC rating rate of Bicol university. I made a bar graph depicting the percentage of students who passed the PRC.  To get some ideas, I searched the internet on pictures about infographics and materialized designing.

              Using Photoshop CS 6, I continued designing the enrolment trends bar graph. During our break, I went to CS to submit my group’s revision on our scope and objectives. Afterwards I went back to the office and continue my work.

                       Today, we went to the office of Ma’am Renelyn to ask for something to do since Kuya John is staying for the meantime to BU ICTO. She told us to make a design infographic for the coffee table book. The coffee table book contains information about Bicol University for the past 50 years. We also called Kuya John to ask if what else we can do and he told us to continue debugging the system. Afterwards, we headed back to our desk and started designing. For the whole day I made some infographics on the enrolment trends of the different colleges this June.

                 Today as usual, we continued debugging the system. I also went to BU ICTO to send a letter to the director. In the afternoon before going home, I submitted our revised objectives and scope and delimitation for our representation tomorrow

           Today, we were tasked to continue what we are doing last week. We also updated new details about the website. I finalized doing the PowerPoint for our proposal defense tomorrow. We were also asked to tamper stickers to the BU brochure to cover some typographical error.

                I was alone the whole day since Rhea’s group made preparations for their proposal defense tomorrow. I continued doing the organizational chart. After doing so, I continued debugging the system and I let Kuya John see my work.

                   Today, Rhea and I went to College of Science and BUCEILS to follow up whether they already have the needed details however both colleges told us that they will just e-mail them. Afterwards we went back to the office and continue debugging.

            Firstly, Rhea and I prepared the requirements needed in claiming our wages. We made our DTR and accomplishment reports and have it signed by Ma’am Renelyn. Then we went to the Administrative office to submit them but they told us that we still lack one requirement so we went back to the office.

             Then for the whole day we continue updating the website. Afterwards Kuya John asked us about our suggestions or insights regarding the beta version of the new website. We navigated the website and write on a piece of paper our insights and suggestions, then we went home.

              This morning we went to the offices of the office of the dean of the different colleges for follow-up. Some gave already the documents but some told us that they will just e-mail theirs. When we came back to the office, we were asked to make a letter requesting for two internet accounts so we can help in updating the university website. However, the the request needs approval from the director and it happened that she was not around so we are only given one account by Kuya John. In the afternoon, we continued in updating the BU website…soon the internet connection became slow. Unfortunately, the deadline is tomorrow and there is a lot to update. Instead of doing nothing, Ma’am Renelyn told us to

                  This morning, we went to the office of the dean of the different colleges for follow-up regarding the needed details in their college. In the afternoon, we went to the College of Architecture to ask for their brochure because the one that we received from them was lost.  L

                This Monday, we first go to the colleges in the main campus to collect the needed data for the BU Website. We went to BUCS, BUCN, BUCEILS, BUCE, BUCSSP, BUIA and BUCENG. We were entertained well by the different colleges however there were instances that they were busy. In the afternoon, we went to BUIA and BUCENG.

             Supposedly, we will roam around the main, east and Daraga campus but unfortunately Ma’am Renelyn was not around so we are not permitted to go out and collect data. Instead, we continued in debugging the BU website all day long.

                    Today, we continued in helping to debug the system errors in the website.1 hour before coming home in the afternoon, we made the list of needed details of each of the colleges for the BU website. Next week, we will go to each of the college’s dean to inform them the details needed. I’m so excited yet also nervous regarding on how we will approach the deans in collecting data.

              Today, we were tasked to create a simple log-in program. Rhea did the programming part and I was tasked to design the user interface, applying the CSS materialize. To do it, we surf the net to get some ideas and implement them in the code, However, we did not finish it and we continued it the next day.

               On the second day, we were tasked to sort the files submitted by the different colleges needed in the BU website. The colleges were divided between Rhea and I. The files were sorted according to the page on the website such as Historical background, College Goals, Basic Statistics, Faculty and so on. Afterwards, we folded brochures.
